摘要

电磁相关法流量测量传感器以其独特的结构在两相流或多相流流量测量领域有着广泛的应用前景.通过建立该传感器励磁线圈在测量区域的磁场理论模型,并对不同轴向长度的励磁线圈的磁场进行数值仿真,运用磁场评价指标分析确定励磁线圈的轴向长度,为该传感器的励磁线圈轴向长度的设计提供参考依据并为之实现奠定基础.

Abstract

Electromagnetic correlation method flow measurement sensor has wide application prospect for its unique structure in flow measurement field of two-phase or multiphase flow. By establishing the magnetic theoretic model of the sensor’s excitation coil in measuring area,and numerical simulating to the magnetic field of excitation coil which axial length is different,analyze and determine the axial length of excitation coil by using magnetic field analysis index,provide a reference basis for the design of axis length of sensor’s excitation coil and lay the foundation for its implementation.
