A number of frequency domain deconvolution filters

which are applied successfully in modern tine domain measurement are introduced in this paper at first

and we illustrate that these deconvolution filters are noncausal totally.Obviously

the non-causal character of the filters will effect the estimation of deconvolution

so it is necessary to make the filters causality.And then

the theory and method to make these deconvolution filters causal are given

we get the flow charts also.Finally

the performance of general non-causal and causal deconvolution filters is investigated by computer simulation.The filtering results of them show that causal filter can refine deconvoltuion estimation.
