The estimation accuracy for the cyclic time-delay estimator is discussed under the condition of white gaussian noise.Simulation results show that the simulation accuracy value is approximately the same as the theoretical one in the condition SNR＞-5dB

which indicates the exactness of the accuracy analysis.At the same time

under the condition of different background noise with WGN(White Gaussian Noise)and slowly time-variant WGN

simulation results based on biphase coding and quadriphase coding signals show that the cyclic estimator really performs better than the radiometor widely used in practice.
