This paper presents a new method based on the distance transform and non-linear programming in 3D medical image registration
especially in the study of the object skin matching.In comparison with known methods
a simple and realizable 3D-distance transform and optimized algorithm are used.In the realization of actual matching experiments
we use variable ending conditions.When the searching points congregate on one point
we add the spans in all directions respectively in the matching search until a more optimized result is archived.Then the new search continues.The results show that it has important value in noise interference
local registration and so on in 3D-medical image registration.
