There are many problems on low observable target tracking based on radar in the presence of multi-range-false-target jamming such as lots of false target tracks
the difficulty in multi-range-false-target discrimination
the unstability of target tracking and so on.In this paper a new method of discriminating real-false-target based on the statistical characteristic of angle measurements and the low observable target tracking technique based on the equivalent measurement are proposed.The false target measurements are eliminated mostly and the low observable target tracking is more stable.Simulation results verify the validity of the proposed algorithm.
